Can I freely choose the location of my property?

Yes. From our portfolio of over 2,500 properties, we'll find the location that fits your goals — across Germany and, on request, internationally.

What does your advisory cost?

The first conversation is non-binding and free of charge. Our compensation is transparent and clearly disclosed before every purchase.

How much equity do I need?

Depending on the asset class, between 10% and 30% of the purchase price. We'll clarify your individual financial framework in the first conversation.

How do the five asset classes differ?

They differ in return profile, management overhead, risk structure, and ticket size — from low-management new builds to off-market family-office assets.

What is the co-living concept in existing stock?

Furnished short-term living in prime micro-locations — higher returns per square meter with strong demand in major cities.

Do you also advise family offices and large investors?

Yes. Through our HNWI segment we broker discreetly and off-market — from ticket sizes of approx. €3M upward.

Are the offered properties vetted?

Every property goes through a multi-stage due diligence — location, substance, rental situation, and numbers are checked before being added to the portfolio.
